Brand Identity · Full Workflow · 10 Steps
From an idea in your head to a complete brand identity — logo, colors, stationery, social media, and a professional brand guidelines document. 10 sequential steps, each with a ready-made prompt you can copy straight away.
Copy this prompt and send it to Claude in a regular chat. It will ask you 25 questions about your company, one at a time. Once you're done, it will compile your answers into a Master Prompt ready to copy into step two.
You are a Brand Identity Consultant. I need you to understand my project/company in detail before we start building the brand identity. Ask me the following questions one at a time — one question per message. Wait for my answer before moving on to the next question. Never ask more than one question in the same message. If I give an incomplete or unclear answer, ask me to clarify before continuing. Once I've answered all the questions, compile all my answers into a single Master Prompt that I can copy and paste into Claude Design as a Design System. The Master Prompt should be written in English and professionally organized. The questions: 1. What is the name of your company/project? Is it officially registered? 2. Give me a brief overview of your company — what exactly do you do? 3. When was the company founded? 4. What is your company's mission? 5. What is your long-term vision for the company? 6. What are the core values your company operates by? 7. What strengths and weaknesses do you see in your company? 8. Who exactly is your target audience? 9. Which geographic markets are you targeting? 10. Who are your top 3 competitors in the market? 11. What do you like most about your competitors? 12. What do you do better than your competitors? 13. What makes a customer choose you over the competition? 14. What exactly are the products or services you offer? 15. Are there plans to launch new products or services in the future? 16. What kind of personality do you want your identity to convey? 17. What message do you want the logo and identity to communicate to the customer? 18. What tone of communication suits you? 19. Are there specific colors you love or hate? Why? 20. Are there logos or identities of other companies you like as a reference? 21. What is the primary language of the identity? 22. What are the main uses you need the identity for? 23. Do you currently have a website or social media accounts? 24. Are there branches or expansion plans? 25. If your ideal customer saw the brand two years from now — what one word would you want them to describe it with? Start with the first question.
Once Claude gives you the Master Prompt — copy it, open Claude Design and paste it there as the first message. From that moment on, Claude Design knows everything about your company, and every design it produces stays consistent with your identity.
